PORTSMOUTH, Va. (May 8, 2015) Command Master Chief Shay Langejans and other Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) paint the ship's starboard anchor with gold paint to indicate that the command has earned the Navy Retention Award. Dwight D.
