The coat has ensign stripes and is the regulation forestry green. The coat was designed to be knee length with five plain flat brown buttons. The overcoat was rediscovered by the contractor team working to catolog backlog items at NHHC. Collection of Curator Branch, Naval History and Heritage Command. |
