What We’re Looking For:


Today’s Business is looking for a motivated digital marketer with a passion for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is the face of Today’s Business for our clients and has a fundamental understanding of all aspects of the clients’ campaigns. We’re looking for someone with digital marketing experience who wants to be a part of the rapid growth of Today’s Business. Our agency structure allows for Account Managers to interact with all of our marketing teams and work with clients in various industries.

Here Are Your Responsibilities:


Act as the main point of contact with clients and determine client needs.
Schedule and facilitate conference calls with clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
Create/Approve agendas for client meetings and calls
Submit campaign initiatives to the client for approval
Maintain an understanding of industry trends and company capabilities, and effectively communicate all offerings to clients and prospects.
Formulate and execute marketing strategies both independently and in collaboration with internal marketing teams (Social Media, Website, SEM, SEO, Email, Creative)
Present campaign ideas, recommendations, and creative work to clients.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth (upsell).
Communicate with Internal Team about ongoing client projects and ensure deadlines are met
Oversee onboarding process for newly assigned clients and/or projects
Obtain all necessary account information for client onboarding and campaign success

You Have:


2-5 years of account management or industry experience
Knowledge of digital advertising and online optimization strategies
Knowledge of Google Suite and Project Management software.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
