Tom Ottaiano is the CEO and Managing Partner at Today’s Business. Over the past decade, Tom has made waves as an award-winning entrepreneur after transitioning from the NFL to the digital marketing world. He began his college career at Hofstra University, continuing his education at Monmouth University - where he earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Tom dedicated his spare time to football, serving as a captain at Hofstra and later receiving numerous athletic awards from Monmouth University while pursuing his passion - a professional football career.

From Pro-Athlete to CEO

In 2011, Tom achieved his goal of becoming a professional football player and signed as a Free Agent with the New York Jets, and later to the Minnesota Vikings.

As his time in the NFL began to wind down, Tom quickly reinvented himself and shifted his focus towards opening, and co-founding, an innovative digital marketing agency called Today’s Business.

With an athlete mindset, Tom has created a culture at Today’s Business that is built on the hard work and values he learned through his years playing football.

Nine years since its inception, Today’s Business serves over 150 clients in nearly every business sector, and has been recognized by Inc. From starting out in a basement offering clients social media services to developing a full-service digital marketing agency, Tom has built a successful career and name for himself in the digital marketing world.

Tom continues to build and maintain relationships outside of Today’s Business with a determination to leave a legacy. He also became an investor in Paul Rabil’s Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) - a professional lacrosse league with the best players in the world.

When Tom is not busy building an empire, he provides inspirational guest speeches to college students and is a volunteer coach at his alma mater Monmouth University. Tom continues to be an unstoppable force and relentless leader, continuously working on perfecting his craft to build his success as a business leader and true innovator.
